We collaborated with a leading ITES client to design a learning program focused on Stakeholder Management. The goal was to equip employees with the skills needed to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Effective stakeholder management is critical in the ITES industry, where the ability to navigate complex relationships can make or break project success. The challenge was to create an engaging, scenario-based learning experience that would resonate with employees while being delivered without audio, yet still convey the key concepts effectively.
Adopting a storytelling approach, we developed a series of branching scenarios that guided learners through realistic situations, encouraging them to think critically about their decisions. These scenarios were carefully crafted to illustrate the principles of stakeholder management, enabling learners to grasp the concept and its practical applications without the need for audio narration.
The innovative use of branching scenarios resulted in a highly engaging learning experience that empowered employees to better manage stakeholder expectations. The program was well-received, with participants reporting increased confidence in handling stakeholder relationships, leading to improved outcomes for both internal and external clients.
